AutoZone are excited to announce the launch of our new-and-improved click & collect website, which revolves around customer convenience and experience.

The site has been reworked to introduce new features aimed at achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through increased convenience and attention. Get the most out of our advanced search filters by following the steps below:

Step 1: Visit www.autozoneonline.co.za and navigate to the “SEARCH FOR PARTS” tab.
Step 2: Select your vehicle’s manufacturer, model, type and vehicle from our comprehensive list
Step 3: Click the “FIND MY CAR” button where you will then be redirected to a page with all of the available parts that are compatible with your vehicle from our comprehensive range of over 40, 000 auto parts!

Furthermore, detailed part descriptions will accompany all of the products that will include product VIN numbers to allow you to locate parts quicker and easier than ever before.

Click and collect is a unique offering from AutoZone that has completely revolutionized the way we do business with our customers by incorporating ecommerce functionality into our website. To use our exciting new feature, simply follow the steps listed below:

Step 1: Once you have found the compatible parts you need for your vehicle, add them to your cart and proceed to the click the “checkout” button situated under your order total.
Step 2: Enter your location in the search bar to access your nearest AutoZone store that has stock of your desired products. If you are situated within a 20km radius of a store that has stock, you qualify for FREE delivery!
Step 3: Select your nearest AutoZone store and click the ‘proceed’ button to continue to the payment window. Follow the prompts to fill out your location, payment and contact information.
Step 5: Upon completing your purchase successfully, you will be issued with two order confirmation messages that contain your orders tracking number via email and SMS.

This feature has been added for your convenience as it allows you to be prepared for the arrival of your products, whilst being able to track their journey safely as well.
