A consumer has the right to return goods within 10 business days of the purchase or delivery of said goods, if those goods have been found unsuitable for their particular purpose and are in good condition.
IMPORTANT: There are no returns allowed on Oils & Chemicals, as well as selected electrical components.
The cost of the returned good, if in good, saleable condition, will be refunded but, where applicable, the courier charge will not be refunded.
Where the goods are damaged at the consumer’s fault, the product will not be refunded. If technical analysis is required the client will be charged for this and the return courier charges.
If the goods received are of inferior quality, unsafe or defective, AutoZone is obliged to refund, repair or replace said goods. Consumers are permitted to return defective goods to the supplier (AutoZone), without penalty and at the suppliers’ risk and expense, within a period of six (6) months after purchase or delivery of such goods.
If repairs on an item are conducted and the goods are still found to be inferior, unsafe or defective; AutoZone is obliged to replace goods or refund the consumer the price paid for the goods within a period of three (3) months after repairs have been done.
We honour warranties of our range of products advertised online, with our respective suppliers’ warranties.

Make sure the item is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all accessories. If it is agreed that an item will be collected by courier, please ensure it is packed safely and securely utilising the delivery box, or a similar sized box.
